I LOVE THESE CLUBS!!!!!! I’VE TRIED BLADES BUT I’M NOT A PRO JUST A PART TIME GOLFER. YES, THESE CLUBS ARE LONG AND YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A BAD REVIEW. MOST DAYS I HIT MY 3IRON 225-230….CRAZY! I’VE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER FORGED IRONS (BLADES/CAVITY BACK), BUT I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THE MX-23′S. I EVEN SOLD AND BOUGHT THEM BACK OFF OF EBAY. TWICE! EVERY TIME I FEEL LIKE MY GAME IS GETTING TIGHT (BECAUSE OF THESE CLUBS) I TRY TO UPGRADE TO SOMETHING ELSE AND END UP BEING MISERABLE! I NORMALLY SHOOT LOW 80′S HIGH 70′S.

2nd game out with these, landed my class in President’s Prize! 17 stroke improvement on my last round 2 weeks previous with my old clubs. Not saying it’s all due to these clubs but they are very easy to hit, carry about 10% further and have a lovely zip sound when you hit them.

All I can say about these irons are wow! The 3 & 4 iron stay in my bag now and come out for those 200-220 yard shots. VERY accurate!I got them over week ago and immediately hit the driving range(I have the stiff shaft from Mizuno). I had to change my swing up because I was so used to swinging hard, just give her a nice smooth and easy swing and you will hit just as far. With these irons you can even work in a draw or fade with a little practice. It was a little harder to do with the Cobras. These irons even seem to get up better and look like one of those “golf shots” every time you make good contact with the ball, it just feels GOOD! And these will even let you know when you miss-hit, and where! The only thing is that i wish my set had come with a matching SW, but didnt want to not have the 3-iron. I have heard good things about those longer irons and wanted to give them a try. ALL-IN-ALL After all my research i concluded that these clubs were about my best bet without getting that bulky oversized iron, but still have that sweet feeling when you know you made “that shot” I would strongly reccomend these irons to the beginner or the intermmediate golfer. Forgiving yet still have some room to play around with those draws and fades. Thank you Mizuno!!!

AFTER PLAYING WITH MIZUNO MX 17 IRONS FOR THE LAST 18MTHS AND TAKING 10 SHOTS OFF MY HANDICAP I DECIDED I AM NOW GOOD ENOUGH TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL THE OBVIOUS CHOICE FOR ME WAS THE MX23″S AND AFTER PLAYING WITH THESE FOR 3WKS I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY ARE BRILLIANT ANY BODY WITH A 20HCP OR LESS CAN USE THESE IF YOU HAVE A FLUID REPETITIVE SWING GIVE THESE AGO I THINK YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SUPPRISED HOW EASY THEY ARE TO USE AND THEY ARE FORGED TO..

Good easy to hit clubs. The look really cool. Im hitting these irons straighter and longer than my old Nicklaus irons. Even the 3 and 4 irons that i usually struggle with, for some reason i am managing to get good contact with. Ive only played about 5 or 6 rounds with my Mizuno MX 23s but i love everything about them.

Its raining outside now. As I left the 4th hole because of the siren sounded I was thinking about how much better of a golfer I had become over the last 6 years. I used the Callaway X-14s for 3 years and then switched to the MX-23s for the last 3 years.

The x-14s are fine clubs but there is a point when modest talent, curiosity, and hard work can lead to a better swing dynamic. The feedback from the feel of striking the ball and vision of the ball flight are absolutely critical.

The MX-23s are are superb at meeting these requirements without being overly penal such as true blades are. Although heavier than graphite shafts the steel shafts seem better at communicating the swing and strike quality of the stroke. I have no reservations about reccomending these clubs to any reader who trying to improve his or her game.

Before I bought the MX-23 irons guys would hate to see me added to their three some. The started would make them flip a coin to see who had to take me. Now the guys call me sandbagger, when I hit shots we know I should not be able to make. If I had known that my miss hits would be this good, then I would have bought the MX-23(s) years ago.

awesome !! Having used Mizuno T-Zoid for ten years I didn’t think irons could get any better, I was wrong ! on a not so good round I borrowed a mates mx-23 irons and have never hit such clean, straight shots. I left the course, called into my local golf shop and bought a set the same day. all I can say is they are ace!!!!!

?Got my handicap down to 10 & was stuck there, worked on my swing & was hitting my woods & driver pretty good but kept hooking my g2 irons & realized there was way to much offset so I decided it was time for some new irons & after extensive research, mainly reading reviews decided on the mx 23 or 25,went for the 23 because they are mizunos best selling iron, & there were hardly any reviews on the 25s, plus the many reviews on the mx23s were almost all rave reviews.

Having found me a set on ebay 3- pw d, gold r 300 lites in good condition, I have now used them a dozen or so times & am very happy with them, no more hooks, great ball flight & good feedback, and forgiving .The feel of forged is nice & they look superb, thought the shafts may have been a little light but once I got them & used them they are just right.

I never used a 3 iron before (7 wood)but now I use it instead of the 7 wood & I still cant get over how good it is & how easy it is to use, also I really like how the weight is gradually moved back as the clubs get longer.

I feel these irons are perfect for the mid h, cap, you still have the forgivness of a cavity but the feel of forged, & are workable, I couldnt hit a fade to save my life with the g2s!.

These clubs are no longer being produced and as a result they are holding there value well, I think they will become a bit of a classic, like the eye 2s were.

If any one has used the 23s & the 25s please let me know how the 25s compare with these . Thank you.

Just bought these and hit them once on the range and played 2 rounds this past weekend. Hard to describe how please I am, at least initially, with these clubs. They are a little bit bigger than my previous clubs, Hogan Apex Edge Pro, but are more forgiving in my opinion. Very pleased overall as I shot 78, 79, which is about 3-4 strokes better on average than what I usually shoot. These clubs seem to hit about a half club longer but not sure if it’s th clubs or renewed confidence. Great set of clubs and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve recently had a nightmare with my game, I thought I was going to give up at one point. I had the Ping G5 irons but could not get used to the offset, hit them well but had trouble with direction, went downhill from there… got rid of the Pings for the Srixon i403 - these lasted 2 rounds, then got a set of Ben Hogans BH-5 cheap (£200) these lasted 3 rounds, just could not get on with either of them. I saw the MX25 and tested them at AGD, seemed ok, bought them and took them out to my Local GC, I honestly shot 4 under my handicap. These irons fill me with confidence, they look good at address and the swing weight seems to be a perfect match for me - they are every bit as good as the Ping G5 but without the offset (maybe the I5 would be a match for the MX25) I’m in a match this weekend which should be a better test for them, if I find that the first round with them was just a one game wonder, i’ll let you know. But until then the MX25’s are thoroughly recommended

Wow, I have played with MX-15 irons for three years and brought my handicap down to 12. I have used the MX-23 for three rounds and cannot believe how much further the ball is flying. I have gained almost 2 clubs in distance. They are slightly less forgiving but have great feel when chipping and with the wedge.

The best iron i have played. Long irons were extremely easy to hit, very forgiving and extremely long. Went from hitting a 6 iron 175 to 185 yrds. But my shots ballooned with the dynalite regular flex shafts (my swing speed is 110mph with a driver) so make sure you have the right shaft for you. Primarily straight ball flight but could work if i needed to. Only trouble i had with them was hitting out of longer rough. Not outdated whatsoever even though they’re almost 3 years old.

Just bought the clubs the other day and I am extemely satisfied with them. Have only hit a few times and can already see the improvment with them. I bought Callaway x-16s a few months ago, was not pleased with them, and so I read up on these and decided to go with them. You can work the ball much better with these, ball flight is beautiful (doesn’t balloon), and the feel is outstanding. These are definetely a game improvement iron and you will see results. I heard good things about Mizuno and I have to say that I agree with all of them. Go out and buy these…you won’t regret it.

Best irons to date for the weekend golfer. Mizuno makes innovative and quality products. Feels pure on great shots, also lets you know on bad shots. Workability is great on 8 iron to pitching. On lower irons, I just want to be able to hit straight. This is probably the best club next to the MP-30 to be ever made by Mizuno.

These are the best irons i have ever hit. They are great. If you have a habit of hitting off center shots almost no loss of distance and always strait as an arrow. They are a welcome addition with my new fusion driver.I have dropped a few strokes a round since using these irons.I play high school golf and i am constantly getting asked why i hit the ball with my long irons higher and farther than the rest of the people there.I always answer its the irons because it really is.Much easier to hit than my old x-16’s.But i have been amazed with the performance of these babies so far.So if you want a game changing iron than these are the ones.
